I think chocolate éclairs would be a suitable first experiment for you if you can find a choux pastry recipe, and your FEDEX couriers might like them. You'll need to start by having a gin or wine for relaxed creativity.

Julie keeps a blog of her attempts to cook every single recipe of chef Julia Childs book in one year, over 500 recipes!
